| CLUB COMMITTEE MEETINGS |
The Club Committee meet regularly in accordance with a published Club Constitution & Rules. Generally held at Hollins Park social club.

| CLUB GENERAL MEETINGS |
| The Club Committee and all Team Managers (or their delegated representative in their absence) meet on the first Monday of every other month from 8pm at Winwick Leisure Centre. A typed Agenda is available at the start of each meeting and also the Minutes of the previous Club Committee Meetings. |
